In the past, the Auberge Saint Walfrid was more of a bistro, serving meals to the workers and carters who pulled up the barges on the Saar Canal. Here, you'll find the reassuring values of traditional cuisine in a modern, elegant setting: niches decorated with Sarreguemines earthenware, long benches and spacious tables. Along the water, the chic brasserie spirit permeates the recipes created by the chef.
